Jockey

Jockey

The legendary sire.  He was the making of our herd, and became the dominant sire of his generation.  His daughters form the basis of the Dyfri herd today, and we still use him on any female that doesn’t carry his blood.

For such a muscular bull he proved to be a very easy calving sire. He had 2 copies of the F94L gene
